Comfortable stay near the beach

The bed was comfortable, and I loved the air conditioning after a day exploring Tossa de Mar. The cleaning staff were attentive.

The online check-in process was frustrating, especially arriving tired. I had to wait for responses to access my room with unnecessary stress. Thin walls and street noise were also bothersome at times.

Our stay was such great, appreciated plentiful breakfasts.

The rooms were cosy with terrace, the staff were lovely.

the location is exceptionally good and decent, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants and the main shopping street and beach area and old street - couldn't be better.

Centrally located, only a 2-minute walk to the beach. Thin walls allowed noise from adjacent rooms to disturb my sleep.

The view to the bay and the balcony with sunbeds was very good after a long trip.The breakfasts were amazing. I havent had as good brekfast variety in many more bigger and expensive hotels anywhere-first class and only a 1 min walk to the centre of Calella-Brilliant!!! the swimming pool was great as it was positioned to get get sun up to 7pm too

The hotel seemed a bit stayed in its decor i.e it seemed very popular for senior citizens but then it was very quiet too which was nice. Reception area smelt a bit musty but apart from that not any complaints.

The hotels location in the town was excellent. We had a balcony to sit outside and had an excellent view of the beach, castle and sea. Although the room is fairly small, the balcony compensated for that. A bakery/store is next door and has the baked baked goods from our entire trip.

We were lucky to find a parking spot on the street when we arrived. Parking close to the the hotel could be an issue during peak season/

Pretty close to the beach, nice clean rooms, and daily cleaning service was a plus.

Everything was good, accommodating staff, amazing location close enough to the Tossa bus station, shops and restaurants, and the beach and good shops and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful with sweet and fresh fruit, for instance and attention to detail

New and clean hotel with good location, just a one minute walk off the bearch. Excellent staff who gave us a warm welcome and provided us with great advice on parking, restaurants, etc. Very nice balcony.

Horrible breakfast coffee

The excellent buffet breakfast offered a variety of choices without rush. The room's balcony provided a stunning view, enhancing our stay amidst beautiful surroundings.

The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel is well placed, a minute's walk from the beach.

The balconies on our floor had no dividing wall between rooms and so there was little privacy.

Rude and zealous customer service checks, dysfunctional key code system caused unnecessary stress, unpleasant views from some rooms, cumbersome parking situation with limited bays!!!

Nice hotel close to the beach (Platja Gran) and the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit old fashioned but comfortable and clean.

Little soundproofing of the room and no fridge inside it.

Excellent service from the staff, good location and a very reasonable price considering what we got, compared to other hotels at Costa Brava.
